Dana’s goal is to create a nurturing and supportive space where clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgement. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, with a profound emphasis on connecting the mind and body to achieve emotional well-being and improved mental health. Dana is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in psychotherapeutic yoga and certified in mindfulness and meditation techniques.

Dana uses a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) techniques, psychodrama, experiential therapy, and mindfulness practices to provide comprehensive and tailored care. Dana specializes in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, life transitions, among many other things.

Dana recognizes the uniqueness of each client and firmly believes one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. Through collaborative efforts, she provides clients with the necessary tools and support to regain control over their lives. She understands that taking the step to seek therapy can be challenging and she considers it a privilege to be a part of her client’s journey toward healing.
